I love celebrating with my clients! One way of doing that is to send out cards! I love to send them for house-a-versaries, birthdays, anniversaries, special events, work celebrations, thank yous, referral partners and SO MUCH MORE! It's the easiest way to celebrate someone and a way to spread warm fuzzies and cheer! 
 
Writing them down allows me to remember to put into my other digital system later, but trying to remember it and taking the brain space means stress and a stressed agent, isn't a great agent. Write it down and transfer it to your digital systems later! Two is better than none!
