We all know that these will eventually be tracked in a great CRM system, but the truth is, when I haul out my CRM, I usually go down a rabbit trail and get lost, so having my active clients on a sheet in my paper planner, allows me a quick glance at where I am in my pipeline and what may need tending to! 
 
Writing down the name allows me to remember to put into my other digital system later, but trying to remember it and taking the brain space means stress and a stressed agent, isn't a great agent. Write it down and transfer it to your digital systems later! Two is better than none!
