Ideally, you would be at your computer and be able to type all this directly into your CRM, but the truth is... if you are busy like us, your computer may not even be charged at the time you GET THE CALL that someone needs you to toss on your cape and GO LIST THEIR HOME or HELP THEM FIND A HOME RIGHT NOW!!!!! So sometimes, paper is the only option you have! 

This is when the Client Lead Form comes in handy! Print off to keep in your binder to have on you at all times. But remember, the key to this is to add the person to your CRM (sometime like KVCore) to continue to drip on them all the way through the transaction and beyond.
