We all know that these will eventually be tracked in a great CRM system, but when I sit down to think about who I may want to have a meeting with and I don't want the name to get lost, this is a great place to do some quick tracking! Writing down the name allows me to take the time to do the research around the agent to see if they are in my top 50 agents that fit the profile of what I am looking for in the IDEAL agent for my brokerage. This allows me a quick look at who I have meet with or at least tried to even prior to putting them on my "hit list" in my CRM and on Social Media. I may not always have my computer on me, but I ALWAYS have my DayBook Planner to jot stuff down and transfer it to my digital systems later!
